I am a clinical psychologist and adult psychotherapist. I began my academic path with a degree in Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Lisbon, Adult Education, motivated by my passion for people and the way in which learning and knowledge can empower and transform our lives and society.

It was the passionate work with the elderly that motivated me to want to broaden my knowledge about human beings, and to want to help others get to know themselves better, enhancing the empowerment of their own lives.

I trained as a clinical psychologist at ISPA and as a psychotherapist at APTCCI, in addition to other specializations such as Clinical Neuropsychology and EMDR. 

It is a privilege to help people get to know each other better, and an honor to have their trust. That's why my clinical practice is integrative, with the human being at the heart of the intervention.
